Library Wine ~ 2014 Les pierres qui décident 750 mL

A Sauvignon Blanc inspired by the pure and focused wines of the Loire Valley, where the rocks “decide” the style.

Tasting notes:

The 2014 “Les pierres qui décident” is where finesse and intensity meet. This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, and is a bright, focused, pure and intense display. The bud of the cassis flower (blackcurrants) is a classic Sauvignon Blanc aroma that is highlighted here, with white flowers and key lime embedded in the fresh scent of ocean air. The aromas all flirt and mingle throughout the glass. The palate is refreshing and gives a mouthwatering experience of acidity and salinity. It builds on the structure and creates the remarkably long finish—a rarity for a Sauvignon Blanc.
